POC Skull Dura X MIPS Helmet

A race lock uses a turn wheel adjuster in line with the edge of the helmet to ensure the tightest fit without effecting the race tuck. MIPS technology allows the helmet to move around your head during a crash, meaning less force is transferred to the brain within. Of course, it doesn’t move freely, or there would be no point in wearing the helmet at all. The anchor points are designed to allow for about 10-15mm of rotational movement. Therefore theoretically, a MIPS helmet lessens the chance for brain injury. Pull release earpads can be easily and safely removed if need be and provide increased over all coverage and protection. A Fidlock buckle keeps it all together and fastens easily and quickly and can be adjusted while wearing your gloves.
